In a Temporary Deposit Warehouse or ADT, the goods can remain in the warehouse
for 45 days in the case of traffic by sea or 20 days if the traffic is not by
sea.
When it comes to the non-communal goods, these must stay in a Bonded
Warehouse under customs control until such a time that the import clearance
(payment of the import taxes and fulfilment of customs formalities) proceeds.
This customs control implies that the operations to empty out and classify the
goods still not dispatched from import, must be processed in warehouses that have
the proper customs authorisation, which we have in AGL Logistics, which allows
our clients to have this service.
Do not hesitate to contact AGL Logistics to find
out what benefits it gives your company to have a Temporary Deposit Warehouse
(ADT).
